La Comida Restaurant is a very pleasant place to enjoy breakfast or dinner. The food is delicious, and the prices are very reasonable, making it an excellent choice for a satisfying meal without spending too much.

The building itself also has a bit of history, as it used to be a laundromat back in the late 1970s and early 1980s. It’s interesting to see how the place has transformed over the years.

I truly recommend La Comida Restaurant if you’re looking for delicious food, affordable prices, and a welcoming atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit!

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great spot for a date night Instagram picture worthy! The food was good as well. The salsa had a really great flavor and really authentic, the chips were nice and warm!
I would say it’s a blend between Tex-Mex and authentic Mexican!  Service was great!

However, the menu selection, the food, the ambiance, the service (Thanks, Benny!) & the vibe were enchanting.  We came 'hangry' and had the empanadas, bacon wrapped shrimp, a Swirl & Sangria to start... 🔥🔥!  For entrees, we had the Chicken Enchiladas and the Chimichanga... all delish. 😋

Can't wait to try some of the others menu items very soon!

Mario, Ivan, and the team are super hospitable and great you as soon as you walk in, always checking in on you. I’m a fan of both the Tex mex classics and the different dishes that have a Yucatán spin on them. Some of my favorite menu items are the Carne Asada, Ribeye Tacos, Cochinita Pibil tacos, beef fajitas, brisket tacos. Salsa is always fresh and they also have enchilada specials every Wednesday all day. Definitely check them out if you’re in Oak Cliff or looking for a great place to eat near Bishop Arts District.
